The COSH team is consistent and has over 30 years experience working within the childcare sector and most of them are parents themselves, each member of staff brings their own unique qualities to the setting.
All of our staff are DBS checked. and Under OFSTED regulations, our play session supervisors must be trained to NVQ Level 3 in; Management, Play work and Early Year Educator. All staff are kept up to date with all mandatory Designated Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training courses.
At COSH, we are keen to develop our staffs professional development and support them in keeping their training up to date and in achieving recognised qualifications.
Our members of staff are instantly recognisable whenever they walk around in their bright uniforms with the COSH logo on them.
